Hello, the name's Delaney, or Del.
I'm sixteen, I go to an art school and major in sculpture. Though the majority of the art on here are pencil drawings as I love to do them.
I Love Harry Potter, the show Misfits, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Avengers, Naruto, anything Starkid, Being Human (the US version), Lost Girl and many other things.
I'm a nerd that loves books and math among other things.
My friends are my family and I love them all to death.

So basically I'm learning to "re-like" painting. A past teacher kind of turned me off of it when she painted over something I had worked on for a long time. I guess I've been on a bit of a 'painting strike' since that xD but seeing that I'm in a drawing *and* painting class, I've gotten a little more into it. I really like all of my art classes this year and most of my normal classes (calculus mainly x3) I haven't really had time to do personal drawings because of the workload but I have a few planned...
Also, my knee is healing quite remarkably (the doc said it was the worst bone bruise on a knee that he had seen and that I am making great

Fighting sleep to draw...

Well I guess I could say I have gotten my weird urge to draw late at night back but I'm super tired and have to get up earlyish in the morning...but hey, who needs sleep anyway? XD So my sculpture that got broken (by my teacher when I let him take it to a gallery might I add) (also it's the deviation titled "stopping time") has been reborn!! It took about a day, some frustration and a thick layer of super glue on my fingers (not to mention that I got a sock on my foot stuck to it at one point when I needed an extra hand but lacked xD) It's a little bit different and I may repost a picture because I basically had to rebuild it considering it f

SO. First thing to be happy about is that I got a drawing up! By that I just mean I got my urge to draw back which is super good because I didn't realize how much I missed it. Drawing is really my way to relax and to calm down. Also I'm going on vacation to Myrtle beach South Carolina which will help me escape drama and stress and just revel in the awesomeness of summer before a crazy junior year. I passed my AP test and I was so nervous I was shaking when I got the letter but was lucky.
